YUAN GAO received the Bachelor degree in Electronics and Information from Shandong University, China, in 2008 and the Master degree in Communications Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, Germany, in 2011. His Bachelor and Master studies focused on information and communications technology. He studied positioning algorithms in LTE during his internship topic at mimoOn GmbH and channel estimation in MIMO OFDM systems during his Master thesis. He worked at DSV on cognitive LTE platforms and prototyping, then he got a scholarship from UDE to finish his Ph.D. degree.
